Planning - Risk Assessment for Performance scene

Risk assessment
Location: Drama Hall, The Buckingham School

This grid represents the hazard of what could be an issue, the risks that come with that, the seriousness of the injury it could cause, the steps which can improve safety of the risk and reduce its seriousness of likelihood of happening, the likelihood of the risk to happen without measures in place (1 being the least likely and 10 being definitely going to happen) and also includes the person responsible for ensuring that it is safe.

On this set there are not a lot of risks and they all have very low dangers or are very unlikely to happen. The measures will be put in place to significantly reduce the likelihood of it all happening and or lower the danger they pose.
Even though we have these measurements in place, before we begin production the crew and actors will have a safety brief to ensure they are alert to the dangers of the set and that they are mindful where fire exits are and the responsibility to themselves they have.
